Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on the destination country and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Free delivery
We offer free delivery across the European Union on orders over €300.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout once the qualifying order value has been reached.
Delivery times
Poland: usually 1–3 working days from dispatch.
European Union: usually 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and selected courier service.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Important information
Please make sure that your delivery address, email address and telephone number are correct when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
