Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the DOROTA SZYJE online store and placing orders through www.dorotaszyje.pl.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

We make every effort to present our products, colours, fabrics and details as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may appear differently depending on your device screen, display settings and lighting conditions.

As our garments are created using natural fabrics and carefully finished by hand, minor variations in texture or appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect.

3. Placing an order

To place an order, add your selected items to the basket and complete the checkout process.

Before submitting your order, you will be able to review and amend the details you have entered.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The sales contract is concluded once we accept your order and send confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, incorrect pricing has been displayed due to an obvious error, or we are unable to fulfil the order for another reasonable reason. In such circumstances, any payment received will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected in the store and include applicable taxes, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully authorised or received.

5. Delivery

We ship from Poland to Poland and selected countries within the European Union.

Delivery costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination country, parcel size, weight and selected courier service.

Estimated delivery times are provided on our Delivery & Shipping Costs page. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your delivery address, email address and telephone number are correct when placing an order.

6. Returns

Consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions set out in applicable law.

To start a return, please contact us at dorotapszyje@gmail.com and include your order number.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, complete and returned with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the product is faulty or not as described.

7. Bespoke, personalised and altered items

Products made to a customer’s individual specifications, personalised items and garments altered specifically for a customer may not be eligible for withdrawal or return where this is permitted by applicable law.

Before placing an order for a personalised or altered item, please make sure that all measurements, selected options and requested alterations are correct.

8. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at dorotapszyje@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photographs where possible. We will review your claim and provide instructions for the next steps.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

All content available on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, designs, logos, graphics and text, is owned by or licensed to DOROTA SZYJE.

It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
