Need a different size, colour or style?
No problem — we will be happy to help you exchange your item for another product available in our store.
Before returning your parcel, please contact us at dorotapszyje@gmail.com. Include your order number and let us know which size, colour or product you would like instead.
You have 20 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned complete, unworn, unused and with all original tags attached. It must not show any signs of wear.
Exchange costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our workshop.
We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
If the new item is more expensive, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference before dispatch. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference to the bank account you provide.

An exchange does not affect your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract or your right to make a claim where an item is faulty or not as described.
